I desire to make long sits a habit.
I hadn’t realized how much chattering my mind goes through in a day. What with the distractions of work, social media, etc
I started my silence on Friday noon to Sunday 10AM. Next time i will be in one place for at least 5 days. I need to experience a completely quiet mind. This time I had to drive from the house to the park and back. Good thing the sun was out although it was still cold. I just carried my seatĀ and looked for a quiet spot. Just God, Nature and the birds. I t was very peaceful
Back at the house I noticed just how tired I was. I slept early without a worry about what needed to be done. I woke up without the shrieking of the alarm clock and that was amazing.
Needless to say my chattering mind gave me some insights and I thought deeply about my DMP and tweaked a few things here and there, Otherwise overall my goals remained the same as my PPN’s never changed.
At some point in my sit I saw two white doors shut out darkness beyond, I was just the observer. I waited to see what would happen next, but the doors faded away. Maybe one of the sits will reveal what that meant soon enough.
I am now doing the Go90Grow course, courtesy of my Master Mind friend Katrina who awarded me a scholarship, and it’s wonderful because we shall master mind in this too. I have a good feeling about this.
